Multi channel capillaries

Now we are able to produce several types of Multi channel capillaries , in high precision by bonding single capillaries together, or by redrawing a special designed preform, with up to 250 single channels in one capillary tube.

Smallest ID about 80 microns have been already realized.

Porous glass pellets

A totally new substrate for using in bioreactor. These small pellets with a pore size of 40 - 100 µm are made of pure borosilicate glass without use of any binding agent.

Thin walled rectengular capillaries

Finest rectengular glass capillaries with about 150 microns thick walls, are now avialable as a result of a new process we have established. Suitable for messurement cell design when only minimum of absorbtion by the glass is allowed.

Mark tubes for inflow messurement

Special new mark tubes with both side open and two funnels for in flow messurement. The Wall thickness in the messurement area is about 10 mm analog to our standard mark tubes (one side colsed).
